First and foremost, I would like to thank myself for all my efforts I put throughout the process of making this assignment.  I hope that I can improve myself in every aspects.

For Sir Santharan, I humbly want to thank you for the guidance that has been given throughout the process of completing this assignment.  Thank you for the clear explanation about this coursework.

I also would like to thank everyone who direct and indirectly involved in this task making. For my friends and family, thank you for the supports and advices that you all had gave to me.  I would remember every each of it to complete my other task in the future.

1.0  Introduction

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a common to people around the world these day.  Ai was formed in order to contribute to the advancement of the nation's economy, education, social welfare, and other areas. However, in this modern period, there are many examples of the misused of AI. For example, several individuals use it to create something that would not give any benefits to the community and spreading false information about somebody.  Therefore, each community needs to aware about the use of AI in daily life.

2.0 Definition Of Artificial Intelligence

            Based on (Schuett, 2019), Artificial Intelligence is the combination of engineering and science that lead to intelligence machines making.  The word ‘intelligence’ in it means the ability that the machines have in order to achieves goals that had been setting up by scientists or the machines maker.  In addition, AI is generated by modern computer software that could help people solving problems and complete the tasks easily.  Artificial intelligence is not only use by adults but also teenagers who is still studies in universities or college.  Based on other views, AI refer to machines that behave like humans or are capable of actions that require intelligence (Joint Research Centre, 2020).  As a short, AI can be meant by a technologies that created by humans that can reach humans intelligent or higher.

 

3.0 Analysis Of The Use Of AI Among Students IN IPGKBM

            Most of the IPGKBM students sing an AI to help them to complete the assignments perfectly.  By using it, they could understand even more about the topic that the lectures teach and get to explore more about the subject to understand it better.

There are various AI software used by IPGKBM students to complete assignments given by lecturers. Among the AI software used after data collection are Canva, Google Sites, Chatgpt, and Genie Ai.

Figure 1 show the analysis that has been done online through Google Form.

 

As for Canva, from some students opinion, they think it provides all the perfect and pretty templates besides easy to use.  The Canva is suitable for beginners who does not have any experience in AI using because it is simple to use but the result it give looks professional.  Besides that, there are few students says that Canva provide wide choices of template for students to choose with a different categories.  For example, posters, slides, videos and et cetera.

For information research, students tend to use Genie Ai and Chatgpt because it give much ideas from wide sources.  Based on students that has answered the form, they said that they could access information easily by using Chatgpt and Genie Ai compared to thinking themselves. It is because the information they search for only take less than a minute to get as long as they have good internet connection.  As a result, they can shorten the time to complete the task.

Furthermore, for those students who already has skills in assignment making such as seniors, they tend to use Google Sites more because by using it they could shows the creativity of the content they put.  Google Sites could fit variety type of file such as videos, gifs, pictures and link for any websites so the ideas could be presented by any form.  Although it is difficult to use at first, the result the student would get is perfect because Google Sites have their own layout and only require users to choose the layout according to their preference. Additionally, the reason why some students choose Google Sites is because it also will automatically save the changes that the users do not need to worry about it.

4.0 Conclusion

            As for the conclusion, AI have many of advantages that could help student in IPGKBM especially for those who are juniors and freshman. Therefore, they need to learn more on how to use AI engine powered to assist them to do their task and coursework.
